The stabilisation process begins with the application of a binder product onto the road surface, which is then mechanically mixed with water to the target treatment depth. Once thoroughly blended, graders and rollers work in tandem to shape and compact the stabilised material to the desired pavement profile. After the final shaping and compaction are completed, a spray seal is applied to create a durable, waterproof wearing surface.
